Welcome!

The Barry Elementary PTA is a community of parents and family members, community members, and school administration, teachers, and staff working together to supplement the educational experience for all of our students and staff. Membership dues and donations will fund many wonderful school programs.

We assist with back to school fun for students and teachers, staff appreciation, fall and spring school/classroom parties and snacks, Donuts with Dear Ones, Daughter Events and Son Events, Pancake breakfast. Fundraisers like Skate Night, Fun Run, and Restaurant Nights are also organized to help support these events while engaging family and staff.

NO! We love any help and you can volunteer or participate as much or as little as your schedule allows. You can volunteer at special events, participate on an event planning committe, become a committee chair to organize an event or activity, or even become a board member. You also do not have to attend meetings, but we would love to have you! At meetings we discuss ideas, initiatives, and events at Barry Elementary and would love your input!

For the 2025-2026 school year, we will keep the annual membership fee at $10 per person.

The PTA benefits parents and family members as well as the students and staff at our school. Our PTA Events are opportunities to meet other parents, caregivers, teachers, staff, and administration. Attending meetings allow for building rapport and discussing issues that are on your mind or listening to others questions or concerns. Joining the PTA allows you to have a "voice" in helping shape your child's education. Every dollar we spend is discussed and voted on by membership.
